Very inspiring! I think I like the muted colors here more than the final. Not that the final is BAD... I just like muted colors.

I think I gotta admit that I like the marker version better than the final by Dave McCaig, though I like it too. It's just that the harsh yellow/orange that was given to the background feels like too much in my first impression, and I never would have predicted that choice by looking at this original. Though I do understand it's purpose of making the figures pop off the cover, a feat it accomplishes, so maybe my eyes will adjust to it the more I look at it.

As always your composition, anatomy, rendering, and ability to capture intensity in your action scenes amount to yet another win with this piece. I just can't get enough of your artwork, man. Supergirl shall remain on my pull-list as long as you remain on the book.
