Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

Bronies go nuts, and Nintendo Sucks?Equestria Girls
The trailer to "Equestria Girls" (the humanized MLP spinoff film) finally was released today. Aaaannnd everyone's freaking out. Again.
You know, it actually looks pretty decent. Bronies... please understand: I know you're a major unexpected demographic for the show. I know you enjoy seeing shout-out's become canon within the show, and appreciate how the creators do little things here and there for you. But... the show isn't made for you. This is not Cartoon Network and the target demographic isn't 25 year olds in college. You're a nice addition to the target demographic of little girls, but you are not the driving force behind MLP.
I don't want this to sound mean, but it needs to be said. This is where it becomes very important to understand the fine line between being a fan of the show and thinking that because you've invested so much energy into the show that you're entitled to things.
I'm sure the movie won't be as bad as everyone makes it out to be. It honest

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

In Dire Need Of Vacation!

Hey everyone,

Yeah, I'm still here. I still do check this place out when I have the time and you might have noticed I even post some stuff time to time. It's been a while so I thought it'd be good to update with some of news of what I've been up to.

Shadowland: Power Man #1 is out. Written by the awesome Fred Van Lente and drawn by me. This mini series is probably the most fun I ever had on anything in a long long time. It's getting some great reviews too. So I'd urge you to buy it but that would be a little biased I suppose.

Brightest Day: The Atom #1, Adventure Comics #516 and 517 are all out as well. This is being written by the indie sensation and all-round awesome person Jeff Lemire and of course drawn by me. The story after the one-shot is continuing as a co-feature in Adventure Comics.

Dynamo 5: Sins Of The Father mini series by amazing Jay Faerber and Julio Brilha is also coming out regularly. It's already past the middle point with the 3rd issue but I'm sure you can find the issues in your store. You won't be sorry! And I'm drawing the covers for these by the way.

Meanwhile I've started work on my very own creator-owned project. It's still very early on in the project and I'm working on the plot but it's slowly making way. And I have to tell you, THIS FEELS GREAT! I don't know how this will end up or even if it will end up but I'm feeling good so all is well.
